Winemaker’s Notes |
||
Aromas of cherries, herbes de Provence and dried berries are combined with the big fruit and velvety mid pallet of the blend. When decanted, the Coeur Rouge expresses provincial and spicy characters and is framed by soft, well placed tannins. It was barrel aged for 20 months in a combination of 1yr & 2yr French Oak. 310 cases produced. |
