Aromas of melon, honeysuckle, and orange blossoms have an underlying mineral essence inherent in our vineyard. Our Rhone white blend is co-harvested and co-fermented to make a balance blend. A crisp finish follows flavors of stone fruit and citrus. Our Coeur du Terroir wines, translated as ‘heart of the earth’, are the best expressions of our Rhone estate. Our 2006 Coeur du Terroir Blanc was fermented in a combination of stainless steel and neutral barrels. 217 cases produced.
