Winemaker’s Notes |
||
Bright blackberry, raspberry, and cassis aromas shape this vintage. The palate expresses lively and ripe fruit. Large tannins are introduced this vintage and positioned perfectly to pair with food. A very smooth finish is reminiscent of late summer berries. This wine is best enjoyed with food. Our Mourvedre is aged in French oak for one year and aged in bottle for one year before release. We anticipate that this wine will age well and drink well through 2016. |
