Aromas of bright citrus, gooseberry, lychee, and honeysuckle. This wine has a mouthful of fruit with a mineral nuance at the finish. Balanced acidity brings volume to this vintage. Our Coeur du Terroir wines, translated as ‘heart of the earth’, are the best expressions of our Rhone estate. Our 2007 Coeur Blanc was fermented in a combination of stainless steel and neutral barrels. 413 cases produced. |
