Winemaker’s Notes |
||
|
This wine has a wonderful balance between Earth and Fruit. Fresh Earth scatters the aromas complimented by perfume, juicy red fruit, and cocoa. Flavors of dried black raspberries, chocolate, and bacon seamlessly continue on a velvety ribbon that expands the length of the tongue. Tannins are perfectly placed and hold the structure for extended aging. Our Mourvedre is aged in French oak for one year and aged in bottle for one year before release. This is my favorite Mourvedre from the DGV estate to date. I hope you will enjoy it! 219 cases produced |
